Raylynn Benn

Raylynn is a public health practitioner and has 8 years of experience in international development- focused on health programming in both non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and communicable diseases, including multidrug-resistant TB and HIV/AIDS. Raylynn has worked in Papua New Guinea (PNG), Cambodia, and other countries around the Indo-Pacific area where her work has concentrated on building the health system through service delivery, governance, policy, gender, youth leadership, and community participation.

 

Raylynn is passionate about empowering people and communities to chart their own future pathways and is especially interested in climate change and health. Raylynn holds qualifications in health sciences, humanitarian health, and is completing a Masters in Global Health, through the University of Sydney. Her current work focus is on Migrant and Refugee health in Australia with Social Policy Group but has previously worked at the Burnet Institute, CSO in PNG, UNAIDS in Cambodia, and with Abt Associates.

Freddy Andale, PMP

Freddy is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 5 years of Project Management Experience in the INGO sector managing Healthcare & Humanitarian Projects. He is the Executive Managing Director & Founder of Tight 5 Sports Marketing a nationally owned company supplying quality apparel in Papua New Guinea as the sole distributor of Intercept Supply Co Australia. Freddy has also worked for Save The Children International and Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea, and is a Certified Community SNC Coach.

 

He is based in Papua New Guinea, with over 6 years exposure in the Sales & Retail Industry (Custom Wear & Merchandising) and is currently employed in the Banking & Financial Industry delivering IT / Bussiness & Compliance Projects.

Adil Cader

Adil is an Australian foreign policy & global diplomacy  specialist. He has worked as an Advisor to the United Nations, across various policy think-tanks and has diplomatic and international relations-related professional experience across six countries. He is also the Vocast Series Creator and Host of 'Talking Foreign Affairs', an educational initiative that encourages young people to play an active role in foreign affairs & diplomacy, engaging world leaders to share their learnings.

He regularly publishes articles on Australian foreign affairs in places like The West Australian, The Oxford University Politics Department, The Diplomat, Australian Outlook and Pacific Forum. Adil holds a Double Masters Degree in International Law and International Relations from the University of Western Australia and completed an Executive Education program in leadership with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is also recognised as a future diplomatic leader by the Western Australia US State Department Program.

His interests are in Australia’s multi-lateral engagements, Australia-UK ties, Australia-US ties, sports diplomacy, soft-power diplomacy and Indo-Pacific Affairs.

Euan Moyle

Euan is a Policy Officer for the Australian Government with a strong professional background in Australia-Pacific relations. He has worked for numerous think-tanks and non-profit organisations including the Australian Insititute of International Affairs, Foreign Brief, Lowy Institute and Young Australians in International Affairs. Euan is Pacific Forum Young Leader and an accomplished writer in his field, with his work published in the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, The Diplomat, Australian Outlook and Lowy Interpreter. 

 

He holds a Master Master of International Relations student at the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of International Studies from Macquarie University, where he was invited to the 2018 United Nations Graduate Study Programme in Geneva. Euan specialises in analysing Australia's status in the Asia-Pacific area with regard to politics, security, diplomacy, and development.
